For most people, hypnosis is a very confusing subject. Mention the word to someone, and they’ll tend to have the image of a guy with a pendulum, waving it back and forth until everyone falls asleep. The reality is that hypnosis is nothing like this.
Hypnosis simply deals with human psychology, and using this to influence others and get people to do what you want them to do. It is much more of a science than an art. If you understand how the human mind works, then you can use this knowledge to your advantage quite easily.
To help you learn hypnosis and get better at influencing people, you may want to download a good online guide. Don’t expect any magic to happen. There are no “secrets” that allow you to gain control of anyone in one second. However, you can definitely get a more powerful relationship with someone, and it’s been proven over and over again.
Currently the most popular hypnosis course is “Underground Hypnosis”, which is written by a guy called Taylor Starr. There are several other books out there you may want to consider though. If you’re buying something, just make sure it has good reviews first.
