If we believe in something strongly enough, will occur. What we can imagine, we will bring to us as our minds have the power of a magnet. This is known as the law of attraction. It is a potent function of the mind. Think, feel and believe you are going to have a wonderful life, and you will begin to create it. This is something you must practice, but when you work to imagine what you want to achieve, then it can begin to occur. The mind is an amazing and powerful entity.
We all have mind power that we just do not realize. In fact, research has proven that we only use about 10% of our brain power. What a waste! We seem to only stick to the simple things and bypass the rest. That could be why we seem to think life is nothing but trouble. That leads to negative thoughts because we do not think anything can happen. We think negative, so we draw negativity to ourselves. The truth is that by thinking this way we are just manifesting the negativity in our own life.
The reality of life first happens within the mind. Whatever you have accumulated thus far has been a result of your mind power. It has been said that everyone has psychic and extra sensory skills or ‘powers’, but in reality, it is simply a state of advanced mind power. If there is something that you want in life, then all you have to do is think it. Those who are always expecting the worst will always end up with the worst.
There are a few things that you can do to start to increase your existing amount of mind power. One of those things involves the use of visualization. You should do this for 28 days straight, even if it feels weird, in 28 days it will naturally become a habit.
You can develop more mind power through something called brainwave entertainment. Brainwave synchronization is how it is done, which is through different frequencies through audio technology. The brain has the natural ability to do many things. One such thing is how it can heal itself. This ability can be enhanced through brainwave entertainment. Time flies, so they say. On the contrary, I say that time stays, we leave. But that’s another philosophical discussion that I do not want to doin the here and now especially with the Howard Miller Grandfather Clock chiming out the time that says it’s time to do my favorite actity - eat.
What I want to discuss is the concept of time turning us into its slaves. Yes, often we are the slaves of time - running late for an appointment, worrying about age advancing on our faces and worrying about the unknowable future, to name a few.
Well, luckily for me, I have adapted ways that will make me a free woman, free of that Howard Miller Wall Clock that mocks the results of my procrastinations.
Do Things Now
Whoa! Stop right there with your askance looks. When you do things as intended, especially the unsavory tasks, you are free to do as you wish after it.
Now, when you procrastinate on things till the last hour, or in my case, till the last second, you tend to feel pressured by time and, hence, unduly stressed out. Where is the freedom of spirit in that? Better to do away with the burdensome task than worry about running out of time later, that’s all that I’m saying.
Do Things for Yourself
We have so little human time on Earth that it definitely is a waste of existence not to do some pampering for ourselves once in a while. At the very least, I don’t have toworry about running late for something because I, after all, am the master of my me, mine, myself time! I can do darn well as I please with it.
You will find that once you have made time pleasurable, you are not its unwilling slave anymore. In fact, you will look forward to the next time of self-pampering! And yes, I definitely turn off the alarm in the Howard Miller Mantel Clock when it’s my “alone time” during languid weekends.
Indeed, when you make time your ally instead of your enemy, you findthat there are many things that you can do with it. You can set time-measured objectives without feeling the heat of time passing you by. You can set plans for family gatherings and just enjoy the time, no worries about diseases and deaths to mar it. You can devote time for yourself and know that even when time passes you by and you get wrinkles on your forehead, you enjoyed whatever mortal time was provided to you by the universe.
Or is it God? No time for that kind of debate either.
